We don’t offer pre-recorded, learn-in-your-own-time sustainability, climate change and circular economy workshops and training. Why?

Well, today’s sustainability challenges aren’t just about fixing a “technical” problem. To do business better, in a way that is good for current and future generations, we need to change the way we think and act as well as change embedded systems and create technical solutions.

Behaviour change is tricky. It’s hard to change the way that people and businesses think and act by watching a series of videos.

Building knowledge happens through trying and doing. New ideas come from discussions and conversations and being inspired by seemly irrelevant comments. Turning knowledge into action needs people to feel part of a group or a tribe, where change is both possible and desirable.

If you want people to tick a box and say that they have been “trained”, then passive video training is great.

If you want people to learn, spot risks and opportunities, and knowledge into action that makes SHIFT happen, then you need the kind of learning-by-doing workshops that we offer.
