Helping businesses, organisations and communities SHIFT towards a sustainable way of working is just part of the story. That’s why we get involved in solutions-focused workshops and experiences elsewhere, too.

If we want to effect great change, we need to engage and involve as many people as possible.

That means engaging NOT just the leaders, but the employees, too. NOT just the university faculty, but the students, too. NOT just the people who volunteer to be ambassadors, but all the people who don’t volunteer, too. NOT just people who work, but also the unemployed – whatever their age. And NOT just citizens, but residents of all ethnicities, including immigrants and those who don’t speak the local language, too.

All of these people can help us make a difference.

With that in mind, we created klimafit. zukunftfit., an Austrian-based initiative that offers workshops and learning experiences for everyone in Tirol, Austria, and beyond!

We subsidise these workshops through the work we do with businesses, so if you work with us, you’re already giving back in a small way.
