About us
We’re on a mission to help businesses thrive in the face of today’s sustainability challenges. We use futures thinking, foresight approaches and participatory workshops to engage and involve all stakeholders, and build resilience. Here’s a bit more about us.
At its simplest, we are facilitators, trainers and future thinkers who help businesses thrive in uncertain times.
We believe that businesses are critical drivers of change and that in the face of today’s sustainability challenges, both global and local, it is more important than ever before for organisations to think ahead, adapt, and build resilience in changing times.
We design and deliver workshops and learning experiences to help clients identify risks and opportunities, adapt and innovate, and take steps to become future-fit in the face of today’s sustainability challenges.
We combine strategic foresight with a sustainability lens to help businesses identify risks and opportunities, and be part of shaping a future in which they thrive.
We know that every person in an organisation can contribute to positive change, and our interactive, participatory workshops are designed to help businesses engage and involve all stakeholders in their vision for the future.

What makes us different
Creating sustainable futures is all well and good, but what makes us different? We’re glad you asked. Here are a few things that matter to us and that make us stand out from the crowd.
Our vision
Our vision is a world in which businesses are key drivers in helping humanity to create hopeful, sustainable futures that are good for planet, people and prosperity. We believe that everyone has a role to play in creating a good present and hopeful futures for the generations to come, and businesses play a vital role in empowering individuals and communities to be part of the shift. Our goal is to help businesses become shape resilient futures and in doing so, become sustainability drivers in their communities, so that we can all thrive in rapidly changing times.

Our commitment to the SDGs
The 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, adopted by all United Nations Member States in 2015, provides a shared blueprint for peace and prosperity for people and the planet, now and into the future.
At its heart are the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), which are an urgent call for action by all countries – developed and developing – in a global partnership. They recognise the inter-connectedness of the challenges that we face, and the work that needs to be done by many people across many different areas to co-create a hopeful, sustainable future.
Our work supports the following goals:

Our sustainability progress
We can say what we like about what we do and who we are and what we believe, but we want to do more than contribute to the “blah, blah, blah” that’s out there. Although we’re only a year old and still small, we’re in the process of crafting our very first Impact Report. Learn more about why we think that this is important.
This report will build on recommendations from the World Economic Forum’s four pillar approach and will allow us to measure our performance by using metrics that map to the UN Sustainability Goals, focusing on the pillars of governance, planet, people and prosperity.
We can’t wait to share this with you.
