Shaping thriving futures: experiential workshops and learning to help organisations, communities and individuals anticipate, adapt and make SHIFT happen.

It feels as if the world is more uncertain and changing faster than ever before. If we want to thrive in rapidly changing times, we need to get better at “using” the future to identify challenges and opportunities, so that we can think better about what we are doing today, in the present.

At Futures Fit, we offer workshops and training to help people build the skills they need to use the future better so that they can adapt, innovate and build resilience—at work, at school, in their communities, and in their everyday lives.

What we offer

We offer highly interactive workshops, facilitated programmes and experiential learning to help individuals and groups become future literate, and make SHIFT happen in the here and now. We do this using a range of creative, problem-solving and strategic facilitation techniques, both as custom-designed solutions and as public events and talks.

Here’s a broad overview of what we offer:

Participatory futures workshops that explore possible futures and prompt “a-ha!” moments.

Futures literacy labs that act raise awareness about how to think about the future and how to use the future to shape the present.

Facilitated programmes that help groups connect, collaborate, innovate and agree on strategic action.

Interactive sustainability learning that engages and involves groups in shaping a resilient, thriving future.

Public events and talks that build knowledge and practical skills to co-create better futures.

Our workshops and training experiences are all tailored or custom-designed to meet your needs, address your challenges and help you realise your vision.

Who we've helped

Relationships matter to us. We've worked with some brilliant companies and people over the years, many of whom we work with on a regular basis. Some of them have said nice things about our work and our approach.

Suzanne ranks in the top 3% of experts that I have ever met. She is smart, sharp, professional, insightful and delivers great results. I have worked with her as a colleague and on my own business projects. She understands all aspects of and is one of the first people I seek to consult and involve in all my projects. She is outstanding. If you get a chance to work with her, then do.

Foresight is not about predicting the future. As the saying goes: forewarned is forearmed. Foresight is about identifying possible futures, minimising risk and surprise, spotting opportunities, and working out what role you have in shaping the future.
