Futures worth experiencing
Futures Fit helps cities, communities, research organisations, heritage sites, and intergovernmental bodies navigate uncertainty through participatory futures processes. Strategic, experiential, and strategic, designed to help groups think clearly about change and make better decisions.
Strategic Futures & Facilitation
Futures and foresight processes for organisations navigating complex change, from horizon scanning to scenario development and strategic sense-making.
For organisations, cities, heritage sites, and communities.
Immersive & Experiential Futures
Place-based, multi-sensory futures experiences that bring possible futures to life, because sometimes futures need to be “felt”, not just analysed.
For teams, communities, and groups of curious people.
Interactive Futures Literacy
Participatory workshops and programmes that build futures thinking awareness, language, and confidence.
For teams, universities, communities, and organisations.
The Futures Fit Academy
Training, coaching, and mentoring. For practitioners building skills in futures facilitation and foresight.
For in-house and independent practitioners.
Talks & Thought Leadership
Keynotes, conference sessions, and public conversations on futures thinking, experiential futures, uncertainty, and participatory approaches to change.
For event organisers, conferences, and professional gatherings.
Futures Fit helps groups anticipate and explore possible futures, then shape the futures they want in the present.
Led by Suzanne Whitby, a professional facilitator and futures practitioner with 20+ years of international experience, Futures Fit brings together strategic foresight, participatory design, and immersive experiential methods. The work isn't about predicting what comes next. It's about helping people imagine possible futures clearly enough to make better decisions today.
Suzanne has facilitated futures processes and foresight workshops for organisations including the United Nations, IMF, Humboldt University, Tecnológico de Monterrey, and participants at the European Forum Alpbach.

Supporting a community of Futures Practitioners
Suzanne convenes the Facilitating Futures Community of Practice for Futures practitioners. She also founded the Facilitating Futures & Foresight Special Interest Group at the International Association of Facilitators, connecting practitioners across Europe and beyond who are developing the practice of futures facilitation.
