When the future feels uncertain, how do we think and act better, together?
Futures Fit is a facilitation practice specialising in futures and foresight conversations that help groups slow down, think together, and make sense of uncertainty, especially when change is moving faster than our ability to respond.
The work is led by Suzanne Whitby, a professional facilitator specialising in futures and foresight. Through facilitated futures processes, she helps groups imagine possible futures, anticipate opportunities and challenges, and make better decisions today.
Suzanne convenes the Facilitating Futures Community of Practice, is the founder of the Facilitating Futures & Foresight SIG at the IAF (International Association of Facilitators), and hasfacilitated futures work for groups across Europe in science, research, cultural institutions, and intergovernmental organisations. She is also co-author of SessionLab’s Facilitating Futures Playbook.

Hello! I’m Suzanne Whitby, a professional facilitator specialising in futures and foresight. A “Futures Facilitator”, if you like.
I help groups slow down, think together, and make sense of uncertainty through facilitated futures and foresight conversations, especially when change is moving faster than our ability to respond. I do this by creating spaces where they can imagine possible futures, and use that imagination to make better decisions today.
I convene the Facilitating Futures Community of Practice, am the founder of the Facilitating Futures & Foresight SIG at the IAF (International Association of Facilitators), and have facilitated futures work for groups across Europe in science, research, cultural institutions, and intergovernmental organisations. I’m also co-author of SessionLab’s Facilitating Futures Playbook.
